CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Cardio Flex
Combine interval bench step aerobic movements with light resistance/high repetition muscle training and you get Cardio Flex. Cardio Flex is designed to train your cardiovascular system and develop muscular endurance in the same workout and is appropriate for beginners to experienced fitness buffs – as the participant controls the level of intensity.

Boot Camp
An interval style class that combines calisthenics-style conditioning drills and simple-choreographed recovery periods. It’s not too complex, as our members execute better technique and get a better workout when we keep it simple. Intervals are used for recovery or to increase the intensity – it depends on the participant.

Core Stretch
Strengthen core muscles to improve posture and stretch for relaxation and stress reduction. This class combines the best of our core exercises and an invigorating, focused stretching component to give you a new perspective on the important balance between “stretch and strength”. (Core Stretch evening classes focus on the “how-to” aspects of core conditioning)

BOSU Circuit
A fun, fast-paced circuit class using BOSU trainers, steps and weights for a total body workout – all in 45 minutes.

Power Hour
Work hard without choreography. Sport drills and power movements form the base of this high energy workout that will incorporate weights, plyometrics, agility and core training. All levels welcome.

SESSION (B) FEB 7 – FEB 28 (W) BOOT CAMP (4 classes)
SESSION (C) MAR 6 – MAR 29 (T/Th) BOOT CAMP (8 classes)
SESSION (D) MAR 7 – MAR (W) BOSU CIRCUIT (4 classes)


• Saturday BOOT CAMP or POWER HOUR is offered on a casual basis ONLY – please check master schedule for class dates.
• Membership or Session pass is required to attend classes.
• Most classes are offered on a sessional basis. Check master schedule prior to attending.
• Noon classes “flip” at the beginning of each month (Classes on M/F switch to W; and W class switches to M/F)

 

• EXTRA LENGTH Saturday Class is offered on a casual basis – please check master schedule for class dates.
• Membership is required to attend classes.
• Most classes are offered on a sessional basis. Check master schedule prior to attending.
