About Boze's

Boze's offers a wide range of activities to meet the diverse needs of its members. Group exercise classes are led by provincially accredited fitness leaders and provide safe and up-to-date workouts.
Individual programs are offered for those participants who prefer to exercise on their own. All new members are offered an orientation to the weight training equipment. Personalized exercise programs are available upon request. Enquire at the front desk or via email for additional program information.

Boze's Bodyshop has been "Dauphin's active living centre" since 1985. The facility is owned and operated by David Bosiak (MBA, BPE, BRS) and includes:

Resistance Training *with variable resistance equipment and free weights * 18 specific variable resistance stations for entire body training * over 5,000 pounds of free weights - barbells, dumbells and a variety of benches

Group Exercise Classes *led by Manitoba Fitness Council accredited instructors * early morning basic training * low impact, combination and step aerobics * boot camp * core training (resistance training for the abdominals, lower back, hips and thighs) *NEW - fitness interval training, co-ed training program aimed a improving cardiovascular conditioning, strength and endurance

Cardiovascular Conditioning Equipment * treadmills (7) * stairclimbers (2) * elliptical trainers (4) * stationary bicycles (6) * rowing ergometer (1) * recumbent bikes (2) Our aerobics room is also stocked with free weights, exercise balls, BOSU balance and ballast balls and more.

Boze's offers a variety of membership options from 1 month to 1 year in length, with a payment plan available for all memberships three months or longer. If buying a membership doesn't fit your style you may purchase a sessional pass (5, 10, 15 and 20 session passes available). Going on a vacation or needing some time off isn't a problem, as Boze's offers a membership hold option.
All membership and sessional pass purchases include a weight training orientation. Programs are individually designed by exercise professionals.
